Option 1 (electronically).
1. Check the Availability Calendar to ensure the Cottage is not already reserved on the dates you require.
2. Once you have then decided on your holiday dates you can acquire the letting tariff from the table
using the above link.  
3. Check all TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully THEN go to the Booking Form , fill out required details & submit.
4. We will check your booking application and providing all is satisfactory we will issue you with a
booking no./ref by return via email. At this point we will add your provisional booking to the calendar.
5. Please then forward your deposit (50% full amount) within five working days of application, at which point
your holiday is booked, and your balance six weeks prior to your arrival date. Please forward your payments
using the PAYPAL facility.

Option 2 (manually).
1.Carry out steps 1 & 2 above.
2. Check all TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully then telephone our contact no. 01722 712880 Mr Paul Woodward.
We will then issue you with your booking no./ref. At this point we will add your provisional booking to the
calendar.
3. Go to the printable PDF Booking Form, print out and fill in by hand.
4. Return the booking form & cheque for your deposit (50% full amount) by post within five working days
of issue to 4 Forestry Houses, Farley, Wiltshire SP5 1AG. Please make cheque's payable to Mr Paul Woodward,
upon receipt your holiday will be booked.
5. Send your balance six weeks prior to your arrival date.
